Mission :

1. To promote the establishment of sustained practicing models in the following fields in Hong Kong, Mainland and the Asia pacific regions:

   - Commissioning on building and building services design and
   - installation;
   - Operation and maintenance of building services installation;
   - Energy utilization and management in buildings

2. To provide suitable training and educational programs for the trade professionals for better development in building commissioning, operation and maintenance, energy utilization.
3. To maintain and moderate the trade professionals competence and standard in building commissioning field.
